MISSION
Our mission is dedicated to empowering young black girls through aviation education. We offer introduction and initiatives designed to inspire and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue careers in aviation. Through Discovery Flights, indivisual programs, and one on one Black Female mentorship. We aim to break gender barriers and foster confidence, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where young black girls can explore the exciting world of aviation, develop a passion for flight, and ultimately make a lasting impact on the industry and create generation of aviatrix.

Education
Here we provide high-quality mentorship, guidance, and enrichment programs for the young aviatrix. That will provide the skills necessary for success.
First Flight
With unwavering confidence, we embrace the opportunity to embark on our aviatrix careers in aviation from an early age, presenting aspiring pilots with the chance to assess their aptitude and talent during actual flights. This inaugural experience imbues an unforgettable impression.
Simulated Flight Training
The utilization of simulated flight training offers young aviators the ability to practically apply the skills and tools they have learned, thereby enhancing their educational experience beyond the confines of a traditional classroom setting.
